Gizmos for Cooks

Not being a coffee drinker, I’ve had to find other piping hot beverages to get me through the cold winter mornings and nights.  My drink of choice is hot chocolate.  In bygone days, I had to spend time warming up milk in a pot on the stove and then adding chocolate powder or syrup (and inevitably, I had to either remove the milk skin that formed as the milk heated up or clean the stovetop when the milk boiled by mistake and overflowed).  And I never was able to achieve that perfect mixture that you find in the local coffee shop.  Then I found the Mr. Coffee Cocomotion, and everything changed.  Place the milk (or water) and your favorite chocolate flavoring into the automatic hot chocolate maker, put the top on and hit the button — within moments, the gadget has simultaneously heated and mixed your hot chocolate to toasty perfection.  It even gives it that nice bit of frothiness that you just can’t get from mixing it with a spoon.  And because you can make two to four cups at a time, you can whip up a batch of hot chocolate for the whole family.  But act quickly if you decide to purchase one — I’ve only found the Cocomotion during the autumn and winter seasons.  And if you buy one soon, you’ll be able to enjoy it for years to come!
