Paella is a sophisticated, opulent amalgam of ingredients and flavors and is without question the ultimate one-dish meal. We’ve paired seafood paella with three of the most popular tapas in Spain, along with an outlandishly good recipe for flan with a kiss of orange.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Learning the art and craft of the perfect paella; cooking shrimp, clams and mussels; making fail-proof custard; caramelizing sugar.

Adult classes are for students age 16 and older.
